New calcium filling in fractured places (blurriness within two cracks on 5th metatarsal is calcium)!

Thursday, 11/15: Abbreviated Circuit

Only about 18 minutes before Chinese lesson…

Ab machine: 150 lbs 27 reps x 2

Shoulder Press: 50 lbs 15 reps x 2

Lats: 85 lbs 15 reps x 2

Bicep Curl: 12 kilos 10 reps x 2

Air Crunches: 20 forward-each side-9 forward again x 2 sets

Friday, 11/16: Legs

Air Cycling: :90 seconds with :60 recoveries x 8

Resistance Band (hip strength): 1 minute each hip x 3 per hip

Donkey Kicks: 27 reps per leg x 4

Hammys: 27 kilos 15 reps x 4

Abductors: 60 lbs 17 reps x 4

Adductors: 60 lbs 17 reps x 4
