It is really going to happen—again this week. Four days after Cake Monday, Cake Friday is coming!

I’ve said it before and it’s worth saying again: no teacher is as happy as they are eating cake before-between-after classes. Especially when a vegan option has presented itself.

Tomorrow: Friday. Three day holiday weekend enroute (Mid-Autumn Festival). Vegan Cake.
